Nimmo on the Sherrod controversy

Well, in this case, the corporate media is correct, albeit hypocritical. It was Kurt Nimmo who ran with the story while accusing Sherrod as being hypocritical, and instead admitting they were wrong for accusing the woman of racism, Nimmo writes this article, which basically says it’s fine to write bullshyt stories because the media lied about Iraq?
When the media lies on Alex Jones, Jones huffs and puffs and demands an apology, but practicing what you all preach is not something this website is capable of doing, apparently.
I thought alternative bloggers such as as Infowars were better than that? You’re doing the same thing you accuse the corporate media of doing. What a hypocrite you are, Nimmo.

They don’t “harp” on it to the exclusion of all other news, it just appears that way. There were opposition voices on the war on the MSM, but the Bush side “won” the argument, for very simple reasons which have little to do with the media. The Bush supporters were going to support him anyway because they love to kill and they wanted the oil, so thats about 50% of the people. The proportion of support in the Senate was going to be much higher because of the way unpopulated states in the mountain west are disproportionally represented. Also, after 9-11, vulnerable blue dog dems “had” to support the resolution to save their jobs. The media failed on 9-11 but there was no possibility of them telling the truth on that one, so given that, logically, they had to fall in line with the resolution.
If the Sherrod incident was so irrelevant, why did Nimmo waste his time posting the video in the first place? He’s changing the subject and many of you people, to protect your own self -image, are falling right in line. Even Obama apologized for his mistake. if Nimmo hadn’t have been in such a rush to attack the NAACP, he could have had a field day blasting the real enemy, Barrack Obama. Always be fair!

HA! Is THAT an apology?!! So in other words, if this woman had lost her job and not had it offered back, because of people like you, big deal since she was only one person. LAUGHABLE! So since you’re right on 9 out of 10 issues- that doesn’t excuse the one you were wrong on, ESPECIALLY since it was so avoidable considering you’re the genius that you are. Any first year journalism student could see that you gave us a tape that cut off just as she was about to discuss class over race. YOU, Mr. Nimmo, started a virtual race riot, and nearly destroyed the credibility of this site. YOu gave succor and excuse to the racists segment of this INFOWAR movement. You humiliated, the more rational segment of the movement, and like the unreconstructed Confederate that you are, you seemingly have no shame about it. Shove it where the sun don’t shine!
Seemingly offenses against minorities on this site are the one crime that isn’t a crime, and in fact its a crime that actually boosts popularity and credibility. A further example is this sites defense of Mel Gibson, who said his wife deserved to be raped by a pack of ____, this site claims that the media picking up on this lunatics now legendary rants is some type of conspiracy against the patriot movement? WHAT A FREAKING JOKE!

Oh by the way since most of the idiots here will have no idea of why Nimmo was race baiting, Huffington post has now put up the full story that this woman DID go to great lengths to help the guy save his farm, EVEN THOUGH white supremacists murdered her father.

Thank you! I agree with you. As a truthseeker, I am noticing that this site is resorting more and more to sensational hyperbole and it’s no wonder so many people making these outrageous comments. People should go and look up the original video – all 43 minutes. It’s really an inspiring speech, also look up the Spooner video [the comments made by the white farmer and his wife].
Andrew Breitbart is the same snake who was involved in with ACORN pimp editing. I see where the Tea Party finally repudiated one of its racist members [after denying there were any racists]. It’s about time Alex did a little house cleaning.

It seems that only when it comes to black people can this type of mistake be allowed. Take for instance Mel Gibson talking about how his wife would deserve getting raped by a “pack of __”. Infowars, then to salute Mel Gibsons contempt for “___”, comes out and defends him against the corporate media, who is obviously out to get Gibson due to his antisemitism. Now if Kurt Nimmo wasn’t so eager to make black people look like crap, he could have used Obama’s quick decision to fire Sherrod as evidence against the REAL enemy, Obama himself.Unfairly attacking, and discriminating against blacks is the one “crime” in this movement that is not only forgivable, but that actually establishes your bonefides as a true patriot. Nimmo is surely somewhere luxuriating in the virtual race riot he incited above. I won’t continue to wait for Nimmo, Jones or all of the bigots who posted above to apologize, I’m quite sure they are too busy looking for more victims to lynch.
